About the Group
After working together for nearly 10 years (the now closed l’Odean on Regent Street and Putney Bridge Restaurant), Anthony Demetre and Will Smith launched their first solo venture, Arbutus in Soho in May 2006. This was soon followed with Wild Honey in Mayfair, in July 2007 and most recently with the Parisian inspired brasserie Les Deux Salons in October 2010, in Covent Garden. All three restaurants offer the same ethos – quality and great value for money and the complete wine lists available by the carafe.
